Griffin Armament HRT-556 G2 Silencer

Initially designed for elite HRT units Griffin Armaments HRT-556 G2 suppressor is the shortest addition to the DUAL-LOK family of suppressors. The latest version features an improved low profile flash hider end cap that works in conjunction with the ECO-FLOW baffle stack to reduce gas backpressure and improve the cyclic performance of the host firearm. Other notable improvements include a lower backpressure ECO-FLOW baffle stack and a thicker blast baffle vastly increasing durability over the already robust previous generation.

The HRT-556 G2 features the patent pending DUAL-LOK mounting system an accurate robust reliable and wear free system with robust muzzle device support. The suppressor itself was designed to have minimal flash signature POI shift and gas blowback coupled with maximum strength durability and high sound signature reduction performance. Baffle technology for this product is linked to a recent Griffin patent and an aggressive four month R&D program along with a second high durability R&D program targeting the reduction of cyclic rate increase.

This makes the suppressors host firearm operating system more reliable and less affected by the suppressor reducing the contamination of breathing air in the vicinity of the operators face compared to previous technology. The patented low profile flash suppressing end cap further enhances performance within the low flash baffle system. DUAL-LOK suppressors are machined in Griffins Watertown Wisconsin facility by freedom loving Americans and include the DUAL-LOK Minimalist Brake 1/2x28.
